Myllyn Paras Oat Semolina is made from oat granules and wheat granules of kernel. Oat Semolina are well suited for making porridges and desserts, as well as for fluffing pastries. Semolina's large granule size gives porridge a good structure. However, high-fiber oat semolina does not produce as fluffy whipped porridge as regular semolina.

| Preparation instructions (Fin) | Kauramannapuuro 1l maitoa/sokeroitua mehua, 1 1/2 dl Myllyn Paras Kauramannaa, 1/2 tl suolaa. Kuumenna maito/mehu hämmentäen kiehuvaksi teflon -kattilassa. Ripottele sekaan kauramannasuurimot vispilöiden. Hauduta puuroa hiljalleen aina välillä sekoittaen n. 10 min. Mausta puuro suolalla. Nauti kuumana tai kylmänä. |
| Preparation instructions (Swe) | Havremannagrynsgröt 1l mjölk/sockrad saft, 1 1/2 dl Myllyn Paras Havremannagryn, 1/2 tesked salt. Koka upp mjölk/saft i en non-stick-kastrull. Vispa havremannagryn till vätskan. Koka 10 minuter, rör ibland. Krydda gröt med salt. Njut av hett eller kallt. |
