OSCAR® Chicken Bouillon granules Low salt has a mild and genuine taste of chicken, which works well in light dishes with poultry, and as a base in e.g. polenta. The Chicken Bouillon can also be used as a seasoning for vegetables, potatoes and poultry before cooking. You can make lots of different barbecue rubs with Chicken Bouillon granules as a base. When you cook hens/chicken, you can add chicken stock to preserve as much juice and flavor as possible. Bucket with 4 kg of dehydrated bouillon makes 504 litres of stock.
