OSCAR® Fish Bouillon granules Low salt has a mild and nice authentic taste of fish that works very well in, for example, a bouillabaisse. Feel free to use the granules when poaching or cooking something, so that you preserve as much juice and flavor as possible. You can advantageously make a rub with the granules, when, for example, you are going to smoke or grill fish. Bucket with 4 kg of dehydrated bouillon makes 504 litres of stock.

Dried glucose syrup, salt, flavors (with FISH), FISHPOWDER 8%, palm fat, sugar, onion powder, acids (citric acid, lactic acid), spices (white pepper, turmeric).
