OSCAR® Game Fond concentrate has a good and authentic taste of game. It provides a base and complexity that makes it suitable for e.g. braised game dishes. The Game fond is also good as a base for a game sauce, try e.g. to season the Puljonki Sauce Espagnole with game Fond concentrate, blue cheese, juniper and redcurrant jelly. 1 litre of concentrate gives up to 51 l fond.
