You can use the OSCAR® Vegetable Fond in the vegetarian kitchen, to add flavor and power. OSCAR® Vegetable Fond can also be used in soups and sauces, for braiser dishes etc. - try e.g. to season your risotto with Vegetable Fond concentrate. Use in the cold kitchen; for example in vinaigrette, dressings or for marinating vegetables. Bottle with 1 l concentrate gives up to 51 1 stock.
