OSCAR® Vegetable Bouillon granules Low salt has an authentic and natural taste of vegetables. It is extremely versatile and makes an especially good base in vegetable dishes. You can use the granules as a spice/rub on e.g. vegetables and potatoes before cooking. Bucket with 4 kg of dehydrated bouillon makes 504 litres of stock.
Ingredients
Salt, dried glucose syrup, flavourings, onion powder 5,8%, modified starch, maltodextrin, rapeseed oil, vegetable concentrate 3,4% ( carrot, leek, mushroom, broccoli, red bell pepper), spices (turmeric, white pepper, coriander seeds), sugar, sprite vinegar powder.
