The sauce is authentic Béarnaise if it is made from egg yolks, an acidic substance and butter. Puljonki Béarnaise Classic is a classic real sauce: thick, acidic and tastes of tarragon. Ideal for roasts, steaks, etc. Try pouring the béarnaise sauce into a syphon bottle. It will become more fluffy. Tastes like a warm and fluffy sauce with roasted roots or bread sticks, for example. Puljonki Béarnaise Classic is gluten-free and lactose-free. Béarnaise Classic Puljonki, 1 litre, ready to use.
