Puljonki meat bouillon is suitable for braising and boiling food and dark sauces when a high collagen content is not desired. Rich beef bouillon makes an excellent base for meat soup, ramen soup, goulash or stroganoff. In addition, beef bouillon can also be used as cooking stock, e.g. when boiling meat into cold cuts. Allow the meat to cool in the stock to absorb the flavour.
