Authentic cheddar cheese sauce made from Dutch cheddar cheese with a full-bodied taste and a mildly fiery jalapeño tip. Good resistance to heat and boiling. Add 3 dl plum tomato sauce to a litre of cheese sauce and you’ll get a new type of cheese tomato sauce. Use as a Tex-Mex-style lasagne cheese sauce. The perfect topping sauce.
