Puljonki fish bouillon has a mild flavour and is suitable for clear fish soups and light sauces, for example. It makes a good base for shellfish sauce and can be used to top off shellfish stock. In addition, the fish stock can be reduced with this bouillon if, for example, you are making turbot bisqueta. The bouillon is also suitable for braising. One liter of Puljonki Fish bouillon uses 23% fish bones.
