Puljonki® Demi Glace is the perfect base for dark sauces like red wine or pepper sauce with butter, oil or cream. Demi Glace is easy to reduce further process because reduction has already been done for you.
Ingredients
Beef bones, water, carrot, onion, tomato puree, parsnip, caramelised sugar, salt, modified starch, lovage, tarragon, thyme, basil, black pepper, bay leaf, white pepper. Made with 1.5 kg beef bones per 1 l sauce base.
