Puljonki Signature Oxtail Jus has a pure, intense taste. It is made with onion and onion skins. This gives us a unique and clean flavour of Oxtail stock. This can be further reduced to get your signature taste. This amazing clear oxtail stock can be used as a stock and in sauces. Oxtails contain natural collagen so that the bouillon can be boiled down into a glaze. For 1 litre Puljonki Signature Oxtail Jus, 2,171 g of beef bones and 335 g of oxtail have been used.
