Puljonki Signature Roasted Chicken Stock offers an intense chicken flavour with a deep, tinge of umami. This bouillon is ideal for use as a base for several sauces. Due to the low collagen content, the stock can be reduced and the sauce will not be too thick. The Signature Roasted Chicken Stock also serves as the basis for Puljonki Signature Oxtail Jus. Goes brilliantly with poultry or fish in a white sauce. For one litre of Puljonki's Signature Roasted Chicken Stock, 3,000 g of chicken bones have been used.
