Puljonki veal bouillon is suitable for braising and boiling food as well as light sauces when a high collagen content is not desired. The mild veal bouillon provides an excellent base for classic veal dishes such as a marengo or calf cutlet. In addition, veal broth can be used as cooking stock, e.g. when boiling meat for cold cuts. Allow the meat to cool in the stock to absorb the flavour.
Ingredients
Water, veal bones, onion, carrot, leek, parsnip, white wine vinegar, herbs (parsley, thyme, lovage, bay leaf), salt, spices (white pepper, black pepper, cloves). Made with 0,6 kg veal bones per 1 l bouillon.
