Santa Maria Korean Style Fermented Soy & Chili Paste is combining fermented soybean with fermented chili paste to add a burst of umami, mild heat, fruity sweetness and balanced acidity. The texture is thick like a traditional Korean doenjang paste with added sesame seeds and pieces of chili flakes. Use Santa Maria Korean Style Fermented Soy & Chili Paste to season stir-fried rice dishes and flavour kimchi jjigae soup. Make simple Korean sauces or add rich flavours to any stew.
