Schär gluten-free Grov Mix is a a high-fiber gluten-free flour mixture for baking breads and savory pastries and for baking fibrous sweet pastries. Schär mix can be used in same way as ordinary bread flour, pizza flour or flour for buns. Does not contain wheat starch.
