Coconut milk gives a full and rich flavor to food. Spice Up! Coconut Milk can be used as normal cream or milk in sauces or soups. In Thai cuisine coconut milk is also important ingredient in sweet desserts. Once cold the milk gets solid but will be liquid after warming or shaking. Add milk to boiling food and keep simmering slowly for a few minutes. No monkey labour has been used to collect coconuts.
