Sunnuntai Dry Yeast is ready-to-use baking yeast with a long shelf life. It is added to the dough mixed in with the flour or the liquid. Sunnuntai Dry Yest comes in 11 g bags, which equals about 30 grams of fresh yeast. One bag has enough dry yeast to make a 5 dl dough for bread rolls or a 2 1/2 dl dough for sweet buns.
