Red Melatin is suitable for jams and marmalades made with less sugar. Contains a preservative. The contents of the bag are enough for 4-6 kilos of marmalade/jam. The liquid content of berries and fruits varies, which must be taken into account when cooking. About 25% more Melatin is needed for very juicy berries.
