Findus pollock fillets are responsibly fished and frozen soon after catch to preserve high quality and taste. Pollock fillets are a protein source with a very low fat content. By thawing the fish fillets, you can separate them whole. Try the versatile pollock fillets as fried, oven baked or in soup.
Ingredients
Clean-cut fillet pieces of POLLOCK* (Pollachius virens). *Fished in the Northeast Atlantic (Norwegian Sea, Spitsbergen, Bear Island or Barents Sea), with trawl. Despite great care in removing all fish bones, bones may remain.
