A whole cold-smoked fillet is impressive on a fish buffet, or you can slice or dice it or cut into portions as you need. The fillet adds flavour to a soup, pasta or even pizza. Our cold-smoked products are produced in Finland and always from fresh, never frozen, ingredients.

Farmed RAINBOW TROUT (Oncorhynchus mykiss), salt, acidity regulators (E326, E262). Strongly salted. Country of origin stated in connection with the date. Fi=Finland, Se=Sweden, No=Norway.
