Se sopii kalalautaselle muiden makujen viereen, koristeltuihin napostelupaloihin tai aamiaisella ruisleivän päälle vaikka tillin kera. Kalaneuvoksen lohi on kasvatettu vastuullisesti Pohjois-Norjan Lofoottien alueella ja Lofoottien pohjoispuolella. Graavattu lohifilee siivuina valmistetaan aina tuoreesta kalasta, ei pakasteesta.
