Sillikonttori´s new Herring Temptations are made of premarinated herring fillet bits of spiced herring. The flavor of the rich, seasoned sour cream sauce is enriched with fresh onion and fermented vegetables. The product family includes gentle Chili, Asian style Thai Curry and traditional Garlic.
Ingredients
HERRING 50% (Clupea harengus, caught with purse seine in Icelandic waters fao 27.5.a), water, rapeseed oil, sugar, onion, lactose-free SOUR CREAM (pasteurized CREAM, ferment), fermented chili-pepper puree, (pepper, chili, water, sea salt, vinegar, preservative E202, ferment), salt, vinegar, tomato puree, modified potato strach, citrus fiber, spices, (e.g. MUSTARD SEED, chili), lemon puree, thickening agent (E415), acidity regulator (E330), preservatives (E200, E202, E211) and aromas. Chili content 1,5%.
