Myrttinen's traditional pickled cucumbers are made by fermenting cucumbers using a traditional lactic acid fermentation process. We use our decades-old recipe, which is rich in garlic, dill umbel and traditional spices. The pickled cucumbers contain no vinegar or sugar. Thanks to its production method, pickled cucumbers are rich in lactic acid bacteria. Pickled cucumbers are not pasteurised, so they retain their health-promoting probiotics and vitamins. Pickled cucumbers are ideal in cooking, as a side dish or on their own, for example with honey and sour cream. Myrttinen's pickled cucumbers are stored in the fridge.
