Ready-to-use frozen lemon compote. Contains 42.5% lemon pulp & lemon juice and 21% caramelized lemon peel. Use in a variety of baking, desserts, ice creams and sorbets. Also suitable for serving as is with yogurt and as a breakfast jam. Shelf life after opening in a cool place for about 10 days.
