A Whole Frozen Unseasoned Finnish chicken. A whole chicken is easiest to cook in the oven. The chicken can be seasoned, for example, by spreading lemon juice, soy sauce, melted butter, spices and salt on the surface. Take the chicken into room temperature about 30 minutes before cooking. Pre-heat the oven to 175°C. Remove the chicken from packaging by tearing the bag open. Place in the oven in an ovenproof dish. Cook the product in the middle part of the oven at 175°C for about 1.5 hours, until the inner temperature in the thickest section is 75°C. The antibiotic-free label on the package shows that the animals have not had any antibiotics during their lifetime.
