| Preparation instructions (Fin) | Esikuumennus omassa pakkauksessaan, reiällisessä 1/1 65 mm GN -vuoassa, 5 pussia/vuoka. Yhdistelmäuunissa höyrytoiminnolla 90 °C kunnes sisälämpötila on 40 °C, jolloin tuote on irtonaista lisättäväksi valmistettavaan ruokaan. Loppukuumennus noin 10 minuuttia ruokalajista riippuen, kunnes sisälämpötila on 75 °C. |
