The Ready-Made Fried Chicken Whole Filets come seasoned and are great for all kinds of chicken dishes. Atrias Ready-Made Fried Chicken Filets are made from Finnish meat. The Chicken Filets are available in 1.8 kg packs, perfect for restaurant kitchens, for example. The Free from Antibiotics label on the pack means that the animals did not need a single cure of antibiotics during their lives.

| Preparation instructions (Fin) | Esikuumennus omassa pakkauksessaan, reiällisessä 1/1 65 mm GN -vuoassa, 5 pussia/vuoka. Yhdistelmäuunissa höyrytoiminnolla 90 °C kunnes sisälämpötila on 40 °C, jolloin tuote on irtonaista lisättäväksi kastikkeisiin, pataruokiin, laatikoihin tai keittoihin. Loppukuumennus noin 10 minuuttia ruokalajista riippuen. Sellaisenaan tarjottavana kuumenna omassa pakkauksessaan yhdistelmäuunissa höyrytoiminnolla 75-80 °C, korkeintaan 20 min, kunnes sisälämpötila on 75 °C. |
