This Kassler, or pork neck, is made from wheat-fed pork and makes for tasty steaks or cuts. The Kassler is an excellent base ingredient for various oven-made dishes. Atrias Tender Split Wheat-Fed Pork Kassler is made with Finnish wheat-fed pork and its available in 2 kg packs.
