Atria Unseasoned Chicken Roast Cutlet is an excellent ingredient for many different dishes. The cutlet is easy to cook on a pan, in the oven or on the grill. Cooked and cooled, they are also great in a salad. Take the roast cutlets into room temperature 30 minutes before cooking. Grill or fry on a hot pan in a little oil for a total of about 14 minutes, turning them a few times, until the internal temperature is 75 °C. Preparing the roast cutlets takes a little longer since they are thicker than, for example, fillet cutlets. The antibiotic-free label on the package shows that the animals have not had any antibiotics during their lifetime.
