Atria Rehti, the meaty skinless frankfurters made of poultry meat, are a great fit for lighter tasty eating, as they only contain 5 per cent of fat. Prepare a delicious omelette with frankfurters and semi-prepared ingredients as follows: Cut the frankfurters in half and brown them in oil in a pan. Reduce heat, add the chive potatoes and the vegetable mix and cover with lid. Break 6 eggs in a bowl, add about 1/2 dl of cooking cream and season with salt and pepper. Pour the egg mixture on the frankfurter and potato mix and let it cook until the surface has almost set. Sprinkle grated cheese on top and bake in the oven under the griller until a golden crust forms on top.
