This pork tenderloin is marinated in a sauce with a gentle peppery taste. The tenderloin is the most valuable cut of pork, and it can be prepared and cooked in different ways. It can be grilled whole or cooked in the oven, for example. The tenderloin is also excellent cut into steaks and grilled or pan-fried.

Preparation instructions (Fin) | Ota filee huoneenlämpöön vähintään ½ tuntia ennen kypsentämistä. Kuumenna uuni 175 asteeseen. Ruskista fileen pinnat kuumalla pannulla tilkassa öljyä. Laita filee uunipannulle ja kypsennä kunnes sisälämpötila on 70 °C. Aikaa tähän kuluu noin 40 minuuttia. Kääri filee folioon ja anna vetäytyä 15-20 min ennen tarjoilua. Grillissä: Ota filee huoneenlämpöön vähintään ½ tuntia ennen kypsentämistä. Grillaa filettä miedolla lämmöllä välillä käännellen 40 - 45 min, kunnes sisälämpötila on 70 °C. |
