Yönakki is a premium sausage. The meat content of the product is very high (80 %). The product is ideally suited for steam cooking, oven, barbecue and to various gourmet dishes. The product is dairy free, lactose-free, soy-free and glutamate free (doesn`t contain E621). In addition, there is no rind or mechanically separated meat in the product.

Pork (Finland), water, stabilizers (E1412, E450), salt, flavourings and extracts (e.g. black pepper, chili, nutmeg, cloves, smoke), dextrose, antioxidant (ascorbic acid), preservative (E250). Sausage casing is sheep intestine. Meat content 80%.
