Finnish pork, water, pork fat, acidity regulators (potassium lactate, E262), iodised salt, dextrose, stabiliser (E450), spices (e.g. marjoram, coriander, nutmeg, parsnip, lovage), spice extracts (e.g. chili, cardamom, ginger, cumin), antioxidant (ascorbic acid). Sausage casing: sheep intestine. Meat content 86%. Meat and ingredients comparable to meat 88% in total.
