Preparation instructions (Fin) | Ota liha huoneenlämpöön 1 h ennen valmistuksen aloittamista. Hiero lihan pintaan 2 tl suolaa ja laita se uunivuokaan. Peitä vuoka foliolla ja kypsennä 150 °C uunissa 1½-2 h. Grillaa vielä lihan pinta rapeaksi kuumassa grillissä grillauskastikkeella valellen ja leikkaa paloiksi luiden väleistä. |
Preparation instructions (Swe) | Ta fram köttet i rumstemperatur 1 h före tillredning. Grid in 2 tsk salt i köttet och lägg det i en ugnsform. Täck formen med folie och stek i ugn i 150°C 1½-2 h.
