Jyväbroiler Basil-Lemongrass Chicken Fillet Large Strips are suited for all kinds of chicken dishes from delicious and rich sauces to exotic dishes. Cooked and cooled, they are also great in a salad. Take the fillet strips into room temperature 30 minutes before cooking. Brown on a hot pan in a little oil for about 2 minutes and let simmer for 68 minutes until cooked. The antibiotic-free label on the package shows that the animals have not had any antibiotics during their lifetime.
