Jyväbroiler Whole Chicken Fillet with Sea Salt is suited for all kinds of chicken dishes, from delicious and rich sauces to exotic dishes. Cooked and cooled, they are also great in a salad. You can surface season or marinate the lightly salted fillet however you like. The antibiotic-free label on the package shows that the animals have not had any antibiotics during their lifetime.

| Preparation instructions (Fin) | UUNI: Ota fileet huoneenlämpöön ½ tuntia ennen kypsentämistä. Kuumenna uuni 180 °C. Ruskista fileet kuumalla pannulla tilkassa öljyä kummaltakin puolelta. Siirrä fileet uunivuokaan ja uuniin. Paista n. 20 - 25 min kunnes sisälämpötila on +75 °C. Suolaa ja mausta tai täytä makusi mukaan. PANNU: Ota fileet huoneenlämpöön ½ tuntia ennen kypsentämistä. Paista kuumalla pannulla tilkassa öljyä n. 2-4 min välillä kääntäen, laske pannun lämpötila miedolle lämmölle ja jatka kypsentämistä 15-20 minuuttia kunnes sisälämpötila on +75 °C. Suolaa ja mausta tai täytä makusi mukaan. |

Lägg filéerna i en ugnsform och sätt i ugnen. Stek i ca 2025 min tills innertemperaturen är +75 grader. Salta och krydda eller fyll enligt egen smak. PANNA: Ta ut filéerna i rumstemperatur ½ timme före tillredningen. Stek på en het panna i en skvätt olja ca 24 min och vänd dem då och då, sänk till svag värme och fortsätt tillredning 1520 minuter tills innertemperaturen är +75°C. Salta och krydda eller fyll enligt egen smak. |
