Kariniemen Kananpojan Minuuttipihvi minute steak is a mildly salted thin fillet steak. Mild salting keeps the steaks juicier during cooking. Minute steaks are perfect for many chicken dishes, including pasta dishes and salads, and are also delicious grilled. The package contains 6–8 steaks. Kariniemen chicken is always Finnish, raised without antibiotics.

Preparation instructions (Fin) | Ota tuote huoneenlämpöön n. 30 min ennen kypsennystä. Paista pihvit kypsäksi kuumalla paistinpannulla tilkassa öljyä tai grillissä molemmin puolin yhteensä 3 - 5 min. Maustamisvinkki: Sekoita keskenään 2 rkl oliiviöljyä, 1/2 limen puristettu mehu, n.1 tl suolaa, 1 tl kuivattua timjamia tai muuta yrttiä ja halutessasi 1 valkosipulinkynsi hienonnettuna. Anna pihvien maustua marinadissa pari tuntia. |
Preparation instructions (Swe) | Låt paketet stå i rumstemperatur ca 30 min före tillredning. Stek biffarna i en het stekpanna i olja eller på grillen i 3-5 minuter på bägge sidor tills de är helt genomstekta. Kryddtips: Blanda 2 msk olivolja, saften från en halv lime, ca 1 tsk salt, 1 tsk torkad timjan eller någon annan krydda och eventuellt även en finfördelad vitlöksklyfta. Låt biffarna kryddas i marinad i ett par timmar. |
