A taste that lasts. Kärkkäri's tiny little brother, Kärkkäri frankfurter, is easy to prepare at home by steaming, baking or even airfrying. Kotivara Kärkkäri frankfurter is a traditional Oulu delicacy that has been part of Finnish tables since 1956. This lactose-free frankfurter offers a traditional and filling taste experience that can be enjoyed at home or at the ice rink. Kärkkäri is traditionally eaten with mustard and raw onion, but nowadays it is not uncommon to add ketchup.
