HK Sausage with onion is a Finnish favourite from many years ago. This traditional cold cut sausage is made from Finnish meat and is seasoned with garlic, onion and white pepper. The sausage bar is easy to cut into slices of suitable thickness for sandwiches, sausage steaks for burgers or cubes for a hash. After use, recycle the packaging as plastic.

Water, Finnish meat (pork, beef), Finnish mechanically separated meat (pork, chicken), potato flour, pork rind, lard, iodised salt, dextrose, meat protein, spices (e.g. garlic, onion), stabiliser (E450), flavourings, antioxidant (E316), preservative (E250). Meat content 34%. Meat and ingredients comparable to meat total 50 %. LACTOSE-FREE. GLUTEN-FREE.
