Preparation instructions (Fin) | Ota liha huoneenlämpöön 1/2 tuntia ennen valmistusta. Laita liha, sipulia, porkkanaa ja laakerinlehteä uuninkestävään pataan. Lisää suolaa ja pippuria. Kaada pataan vettä niin, että lihat melkein peittyvät. Hauduta uunissa 150C n. 3 tuntia. |
