Aseta paistomittari lihan keskelle ja paista 125 °C uunissa (paistopussissa) rasvapuoli ylöspäin n. 2 tuntia. Kun mittari näyttää 72 °C, liha on kypsä. Anna vetäytyä n. 10 min ennen tarjoilua. |
