Preparation instructions (Fin) | Ota liha huoneenlämpöön ½ tuntia ennen valmistusta. Kypsennys uunissa: Mausta liha mielesi mukaan ja aseta se uunivuokaan lihapuoli ylöspäin. Kypsennä uunissa 150 °C:ssa, kunnes liha irtoaa helposti luista, n. 1,5 - 2 h. Halutessasi voit lopuksi grillata pintaan kauniin värin. Kypsennys vesihauteessa: Hauduta ribsejä avaamattomassa pakkauksessaan vesihauteessa (100°C) n. 1 - 1,5 tuntia. Poista pakkaus, mausta mielesi mukaan ja grillaa tai paista pinta rapeaksi. |
Preparation instructions (Swe) | Tag köttet i rumstemperatur ½ timme innan tillredning. Tillredning i ugn: Krydda efter egen smak och lägg köttet i en ugnssäker form med köttsidan uppåt. Ugnsstek i 150 °C, tills köttet lossnar lätt från benen, efter ca 1,5 - 2 timmar. Vill man, kan man ge ribsen lite färg på grillen. Tillredning i vattenbad: Låt ribsen ligga i 100 °C vatten i sin förpackning i ca 1 - 1,5 timmar. Avlägsna förpackningen, krydda efter egen smak och stek eller grilla ytan krispig. |
