Snellman's sliced kassler is a delicious and easy-to-use product for the buffet. Kassler is vacuum/sous vide cooked into melt-in-your-mouth tender. Due to the fat inside the muscle, kassler is particularly suitable for long cooking and is a darker meat than sirloin, which gives it more flavor. Our kassler is cut into 5 mm slices and is easy to serve.
