Preparation instructions (Fin) | Ota liha huoneenlämpöön n. 1/2 tuntia ennen valmistusta. Mausta liha mielesi mukaan. Ruskista pinnat kuumalla pannulla ja aseta paistomittari lihan keskelle. Paista 175 ˚C uunissa n. 40 min, kunnes sisälämpötila on 70 ˚C. Anna lihan vetäytyä n. 10 min ennen tarjoilua. |
