Fredman Carita® Light is a lightweight, easy-to-handle cloth designed for smaller cleaning tasks in professional kitchens. The Carita Light fiber cloth contains viscose as well as polyester, making it durable and highly effective at trapping dust. Its compact size is ideal for professional kitchens when a light, handy cloth is needed—for example, for wiping surfaces in the dining area. Always rinse the cloth after use and let it air dry.
