Fredman baking paper is strong, brown parchment with a silicone coating on both sides. Silicone coating prevents food from sticking to the paper. The product withstands grease and moisture. Use Fredman baking paper for baking rolls, in the oven to protect the baking pan, in the microwave to protect against splashes, for building gingerbread houses and as a cover when baking to prevent the surface from burning. Fredman baking paper is certified with the Finnish Key Flag symbol and the Nordic Swan Ecolabel and PEFC eco-friendliness and sustainability certifications.
