SAGA greaseproof paper is exceptionally strong when wet, breathable, aroma-tight, and grease-resistant – ideal for salting, marinating, curing, and storing meat and fish. Unlike baking paper, it does not have a non-stick surface and is not suitable for baking. The paper can be reused when clean and is compostable.
