Greetings from Kerava. We decided to make a chicken soup and we were wondering how to make it as tasty as possible. Beside using chicken from Finland, we also put in rice noodles, coconut cream and a whole set of Thai spices, such as chili, ginger, cilantro and lemon grass. Lastly we added more familiar vegetables such as carrot, potato and sugar peas. It is simply delicious!
Ingredients
Chicken stock (water, chicken bones with meat, parsnip, onion, spices (black pepper, allspice, bay leaf), salt), water, chicken 15 % (Finland), potato, carrot, onion, sugar peas, coconut cream (coconut extract, water), leek, rice noodles, rapeseed oil, iodised salt, lime puré, ginger, chili, garlic, sugar, corn starch, lemon grass, fish sauce (ANCHOVIS, salt, sugar), coriander, lime leaf, turmeric.
