Korea fresh flavor base is a hot chili spice paste whose flavor profile is an integral part of Korean cuisine. The fermentation process opens and rounds out the flavors of the spices into a rich whole, which makes it easy to bring a Korean flavor to any food. The product mixes evenly and is excellent for cold, hot and with cook cold method prepared foods.
